The Eurovac II Sanding Portable is designed for operation by two technicians using Orbital Sanders at the same time.
This Eurovac portable features a powerful 2.5HP, 1440 watt motor that produces significantly more suction than other portables on the market. As well, the combination of a cyclone, plus a cartridge filter, adds up to superior filtration – and means that the unit continually operates at maximum efficiency. The primary cyclonic filtration removes 85% of sanding dust before it reaches the secondary cartridge filter. This results in a longer life and less cleaning required for the cartridge filter. The super-efficient filtration system was specially designed for vacuum sanding.
The unit turns on and off automatically when tools are activated or deactivated ... maximizing the operating life of the Eurovac II Sanding Portable's motor.
Eurovac self-supporting arms
Eurovac self-supporting arms provide the most economical and effective methods for the capture of fumes. Contaminants are removed at their source. The use of self-supporting joints, flexible hoses and smooth bore tubing allow for easy placement of the arm’s hood near the source of problem.
Fume arm tubes are fabricated of steel with cast aluminum joints which include friction disc and are fully adjustable to the workers desired tension. The arms include a handle which completely encircles the hood in order to facilitate easy repositioning from all sides. Hood diameters vary from 160mm/6" on the 75mm/3” arms, to 350mm/14" on the 200mm/8" arms. All hoods are equipped for installation of an optional light kit.
Eurovac self-supporting arms can be combined with several accessories to provide the best solution for a particular problem:
A large variety of hoods can be manufactured to suit a particular requirement. Different diameters, constructions, material are available.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
Eurovac's Portable Filtering unit
Eurovac’s Portable Filtering unit RollOut is designed to exhaust and filter dry impurities. A highly efficient filtering cartridge (up to USGC BIA category) makes it possible to use RollOut for such processes as welding, grinding, polishing, cutting of metals and plastics and much more. The RollOut is not designed for filtering the air from corrosive, caustic and explosive gases and dusts.
The housing of RollOut is manufactured of welded sheet steel. It is completely painted with polyester-epoxy powder paint. Inside there is an aluminium mesh (high grade) prefilter which protects the cartridge from sparks and prefilters the air. Next there is cartridge filter and a final carbon after-filter at the outlet. The cartridge filter is cleaned with a compressed air system which is located inside the cabinet (air tank with safety valve, pneu matic pulse valve).
Cleaning is started with a palm button (manually controlled cleaning) and should be performed each time the airflow decreases or at the end of a work day (depending on usage). The RollOut filtering unit is also equipped with an Electrical on/off switch. Large rear wheels mounted to the rear of the housing and swivel casters mounted to the front of the housing make for easy movements. A self-supporting FumEz Arm model 1620P (6” x 7ft) or 1630P (6” x 10ft) may also be included with the unit as standard equipment.
