Seal and Peel, A green product for green times.
In the collision repair industry we have been concerned for many years about what goes up the stack but how about what goes down the drain?
Traditionally you would spray the booth walls with a coating and wash off with a pressure washer. Both the spray coating and the overspray wash down the drain.
Seal and peel is a revolutionary new product for the protection of spraybooth walls from overspray that allows you to peel off dry. Apply two coats to the walls of the spraybooth with a spray gun and tare off dry. No need to wash the walls down with a pressure washer. This product saves time and money. Spray booths are a lot easier and quicker to clean dry. Cleaning the pit dry only requires a stiff brush, scraper and a shop vac.
The only reason you clean a spray booth wet is because you need to wash the protective coating off the walls with a pressure washer which soaks everything. This water must then be sucked up with a shop vac and disposed of. Wetting down the booth every few weeks increases the chance of the booth rusting out.
Where does all the paint and overspray go when you pressure wash your spraybooth? With seal and peel, it’s in the bag.
